The Implementation

GAP Discovery

There are two parts:

In the first part, the participants will, based on questions provided, discover the gaps in the organization. This is performed in group-sessions.

In the second part, the answers will be discussed with the entire Management Team. This is important in order to come to the right gap-analysis, which must be based on truth and mutual respect among the participants. The conclusions of the analysis will be done after the seminar by Request. The results will be presented before the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code.

 

Building the CG framework

This part of the project requires from the client a strong input. Input in reserving time at the Management Team in order to be able to discuss and create the framework. This will be guided by Request partly at the client's office and partly remote. The framework is influenced by the results of the gap-analysis as described above. The average time to building such framework is 5 days but needs to be flexible as a time frame.

Implementation of the CG framework 

After the framework is developed the implementation will start which will require approximately 2 days in order to set every procedure in place regarding documentation, communication lines and instructions. The documentation will be done by Request prior to the implementation. The duration will depend on the structure of the framework. In average this period will be 1-2 weeks.

 

Monitoring of the implemented procedures

This part will take place approximately 3-4 months after implementation. Normally this requires 1-2 days.

Important here is to clarify details and where needed make some changes.
